Additional Terms
Cancellation by The Mentalist
- If Jigar is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or the event may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Force Majeure

Neither party will be held liable for cancellations due to events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). In such cases, we will work in good faith to
reschedule or issue refunds as appropriate.
Rescheduling Requests
- You may request to reschedule the event up to 30 days prior to the original show date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Late Payments
- Failure to pay the remaining balance at least 7 days prior to the show date may result in cancellation of the performance with no refund of the advance payment.
Luggage Requirements
- Normal luggage that comes with a ticket is acceptable. If you require an additional customised act, please allow for an extra weight allowance of 15–20 kg.
